Caboolture Concretors Warehouse (CCW) is a family owned and operated business established in 1985 and specialises in the supply of steel reinforcement to all sectors of the construction industry. CCW also caters for most decorative resurfacing options and offer a thorough range of associated tools and accessories.On the back of 35 years of providing quality service and products to the construction industry CCW wanted to expand their business, but they did not want to sacrifice the quality service offered to their customer base.
In essence when it came to their warehouse and hardstand they needed to ensure that not only could it hold more stock, but that they could locate, put away and retrieve stock more efficiently so as to maintain the speed, safety and accuracy of their operations.They also needed to maximise space on site so as to be able to manage an increased traffic flow of both their own trucks but also those of their customers and suppliers.Gary and Luke from CCW and Yann from Dexion Acacia Ridge worked together in collaboration to come up with a design for the CCW operations to work smarter not harder!
